good stay at a good hotel
king-size bed tasty food
i found my room to have a king-size bed. two bottles of complimentary water were provided daily. the hotel is very near to many shops, that was useful. breakfast had many options and tasty food.

Really good Stay Experience
breakfast variety major attractions late check-out executive lounge
I found the breakfast variety excellent, offering many options. The location is also perfect. Major attractions are very accessible. Early check-in and late check-out were accommodated,. The executive lounge access as a diamond member included great drinks and food.
The pool felt too small, and the jets were not working. This was a minor disappointment.

The room was spacious with city views and included a nespresso machine. Excellent toiletries were provided, and the towels were white and soft. Comfortable beds and pillows ensured restful sleep.

i found the location allowed easy access to attractions. the breakfast provided a solid start to the day with its variety. the staff were helpful with directions and reservations i stayed for were handled smoothly.

incomplete supplies disturb sign
The room service was not up to par. My room went uncleaned twice . On one occasion, I needed to request it directly. Even after cleaning, supplies were often incomplete. One morning, I found no water bottles. I asked for them at the reception. An hour passed, and I was finally woken at 1:30 a.m. by a knock. This happened in spite of the 'do not disturb' sign being displayed. It was very disappointing.
